Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026. Short version — we collect what we need, we don't sell it, and you can delete it.
What we collect
- Email, name, title, company, company size — provided at signup.
- Reading history — which articles you open, aggregated for analytics.
- IP + user-agent — logged briefly for security (rate-limiting, abuse detection).
What we do NOT do
- Sell your email to third parties.
- Retarget you off-platform.
- Share subscriber-level data with advertisers.
- Store age-attestation answers beyond a 30-day device-local cookie.
Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and a small analytics cookie for anonymous aggregated traffic measurement. No third-party ad pixels.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Under CCPA and GDPR you may request a full data dump or deletion by emailing privacy@cannabis.inc.
Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active + 12 months. Logs are kept 30 days. Comment content remains until you delete it.
