2. Account

A free subscription grants access to the full archive, the Daily Brief, and subscriber comments. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

3. Content & licensing

All editorial content is © Cannabis.Inc Media Co. You may share links and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Redistribution or republishing requires written permission.

4. Data products

GanjaMingle Data reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. Resale, redistribution, or use in competing products is prohibited.

5. Comments & user content

Subscriber comments are moderated. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, defamatory, commercial spam, or materially misleading. By posting a comment you grant Cannabis.Inc a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
